Choose the size closest to your monitor from the list above - if you are unsure choose 1024 x 768, then....

Macintosh Instructions (OS X)...
1. Once it has fully loaded click and drag the image to the desktop
2. Click on the Desktop to make the Finder active.
3. Select System Preferences under the Finder menu.
4. Change the wallpaper by pressing the Select Picture button and navigate to your picture on the desktop

Windows Instructions...
When the image has finished loading, put the cursor on top of the image, hold down the right mouse button and select "set as wallpaper." or "set as background." on newer versions of Windows.
